The customer must state their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal in the “Help & Contact” section on the BV Ltd website, first selecting the order that they are interested in under the sub-heading “Questions and information/about my orders” and must then request “I want to return a product” in the “Customer Support information” section.

The right of withdrawal is exercised, in the case of supply of products, by returning the product to BV Ltd at the address indicated in article 9 within ten working days from the date of delivery of the product and, as regards services, following the special procedure indicated on the website, within ten days after the date of conclusion of the contract.
The customer will be reimbursed within thirty days from the receipt by BV Ltd. of notice of the customer’s withdrawal, provided that the product has been returned to BV Ltd.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product are responsibility of the customer.
Regarding product returns or services cancellation, the customer will be entitled to reimbursement of a sum equal to the purchase price of the product or service. The refund will not include any delivery costs.
Returning an order is considered as a negative operation; the related information will be available on the website in the customer control panel.
